Farm Country!

On Saturday Mark and I took the girls to Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point. The whole way there Tali couldn't stop talking about seeing the horseys and cows. We had a great time and the weather was perfect....it hadn't starting raining yet! Tali enjoyed wandering around looking at all the animals. Mom and the girls posing for Dad. Kenya is waving to Dad while he is taking our picture.
Tali loved the pony ride. She was a little hesistant at first but once she was on she was loving it. Mark kept asking her if she wanted to take the pony home with her of course she did, but mom had to say no.
Tali why do you look so serious?

Kenya was too little for the pony ride but she sure did enjoy the stroller. She is such a good baby!

Look at my teeth!!

Tali behind bars...lets not make this a habit!

Say Cheese.....

Tali watching the ducks. When we got over to the ducks some boys were telling Tali, "Don't put your fingers in the fence becuase the ducks will bite you." She didn't care, she wanted to feed them. While we were watching them she noticed that one of them pooped. So she made sure to tell me and Mark.

The Horses...Tali's favorite but they were too big up close and she got scared.

Look at my Baby

Tali and Kenya play so cute together. Kenya is at such a fun age. She is rolling all over the place and soon will be crawling. Tali loves to push her in the stroller outside. One day while playing inside Tali decided to give Kenya a ride in the stroller only this time the stroller is the one for her babies. Kenya is a little too big for it and Tali was having a hard time pushing her! Look at my baby Mom!

Good Friends, Good Food, & Alicia Keys!!

Thursday Night, Mark and I went out with our good friends T & Niki. We started off with dinner at The Roof. It was delicious. After dinner we headed over to Abravanel Hall for the Alicia Keys concert. The concert was amazing, Alicia Keys put on a fabulous concert. This was Mark and I's second date with no kids!! Thanks to Grandpa and Grandma Crosland for driving up and staying with Tali and Kenya while we had a fun night.

Fun at the Park

With Fall soon approaching, we are trying our best to enjoy every nice day we have left to be outside. Tali loves the park. Whenever we drive past a park and she sees the playground she will start saying "Mamma I want to play on the swings." This does not stop until you can completely convince her that you will take her later that SAME day. So a few days ago I took my camera along (which I don't do very often) and snapped a few pictures at the park. My sister Melissa and her daugher Kadee came with us. We had a great time until it was time to go then of course Tali starts throwing a fit because she doesn't want to leave. Kenya is at such a fun age and she loves to be outside also. She loved the swing as you can tell from the pictures.

Kenya laughing in the swing!

Labor Day Weekend

We spent Labor Day weekend in Midway. We were there with all of my family except Grandpa who is in Oregon on a fire. Dad came up Saturday night after Uncle Dee's wedding was over. We had fun spending time together as a family. We stayed at the cottages which was excellent. We had a 6 bedroom/6 bath house. It was big enough for everyone to have their own space, and a nice theatre room in the basement. Friday we just stayed at the house and hung out together. Saturday we were off to Swiss Days. We spent the majority of the day roaming around at the park looking at all the cute stuff, if I was more prepared I would have been able to get some more things for Christmas gifts!! Sunday we spent the day in Park City. We started off stoping in to see Unlce Rex and Aunt Phyllis. Then we headed into town they had a festival going on down old Main Street...lots of booths and bands playing. Then we headed over to the Alpine Slide. I took Tali down it while Mark waited with Kenya at the bottom. Tali fell asleep on the way to the top on the chair lift, but once we got on the slide she loved it!! Monday we headed for home. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for the wonderful weekend.
